Dave Fisher started his career in restaurants in 1994. He quickly realized restaurant work was what he wanted to be. He was very excited by the semi-chaotic scene of restaurant life. He quickly moved up in ranks, a classic story of working my way to the top. He started as a dishwasher out of high school and eventually became head chef of a well-known establishment.
The artistry of food creation has always satisfied my longing to be an artist. Not only can I make my creations beautiful, but I can also make them very enjoyable to the palate.
With my long career in food, I am now excited to produce my creations for you, your friends, and family.
